HOT Vinyasa Yoga Level 1/2
Ready to sweat? This invigorating blend of heat and movement will increase flexability, strengthen and detoxify the body. Bring a towel and a water bottle and get ready to sweat! Room will be heated to approx 85 - 90 degrees.
Vinyasa Yoga Level 1
This class is designed and paced to introduce students to Vinyasa yoga. This class combines breath and movement while encouraging strength and flexibility. All levels are welcome.
Vinyasa Yoga Level 2
A challenging and energizing flow of postures which encourage heat, strength and flexibility. This class will incorporate more challenging asanas (postures) so be prepared to sweat!

Intro to Ashtanga Yoga
Introduced to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009), this traditional style of yoga combines breath, movement, gaze and internal muscle locks to encourage strength, flexibility and focus. Ashtanga 1/2 Primary Series
Following the linage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009) this class will flow through the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series, focusing on the connection to breath, internal muscle locks, eye gaze and movement. Prior attendance to Intro to Ashtanga yoga class recommended.
This style of yoga focuses on increasing mobility in the connective tissues of the body including ligaments, joints, the skeletal system and deep fascial networks. The result is an increase in the flow of prana throughout the body's energy highway system called meridians. Yin yoga is the perfect compliment to the more active Yang style practices, restoring balance back to the body and mind. Reduce stress and increase flexibility through deep long-held poses in this meditative class. Suitable for all levels with modifications and props used to address individual needs.
Explore Your Core Level 1/2
Join Monica in a dynamic Vinyasa Flow that will explore the depths of your core muscles. This class will focus on asanas (postures) that stretch and strengthen the abdominal muscles. Learn how to engage internal muscles locks, stand taller and perhaps feel a sense of lightness in your practice. All levels welcome, some experience suggested.
